Grilled Cuban Sandwiches

Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup and grilled cheese is a classic combination, but we’ve stepped it up with this delicious Cuban style grilled cheese. Spicy mustard, ham and pickle enveloped in perfectly melted Swiss for a grilled cheese that can really stand up to the soup.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse™ Whole Grain White Bread
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices deli ham
2 sandwich slices dill pickle

Instructions

Butter one side of the bread slices, then flip and spread the other sides with the mustard.  Layer the cheese, ham and pickles between the bread slices (keeping the buttered sides on the outside).
Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat.  Cook the sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted, turning over once halfway through the cooking time.
