Ingredients
0.25 cup fat-free red wine vinaigrette1 cup seasoned croutons2 medium tomato, diced (about 2 cups)0.5 cup cubed fresh mozzarella cheese2 green onion, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)6 fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips or torn into small pieces
Instructions
Pour the dressing into a medium bowl. Add the croutons, tomatoes, cheese, onions and basil and toss to coat.
